Our Sumatra coffee comes in both Dark Roast and Medium Roast variations.
This Sumatra coffee comes straight from the highest valleys in Takengon, a town in the highlands of Aceh.
The lofty altitudes at 1600 masl and cold temperatures in the evening hinder the coffee ripening process.
This allows more fruit sugars and sweetness to develop in the beans.

If you are a flavored creamer person, we suggest caramel or hazelnut as those complement the natural flavors. Please steer clear of vanilla flavorings as that flavor clashes with the overall palette of the bean.
