A little about us:
We are a husband-and-wife team and opened Nerd Java in the Autumn of 2023 after 2 years of experimentation and research, during which we took time to study and hone our specialized slow-roasting process.
Our Goal
We strive to provide a fun and unique coffee experience through our coffee flavors (that taste as good as they smell), and our easy-to-drink & digest, high-quality, specialty coffee beans.
We sell ethically sourced, fair-trade coffee from small family farms around the world, each of which is working to build a better future for its families and to eradicate poverty in its region.
Every cup brewed and bag purchased helps us expand our partnerships around the world and support this mission.

We are often asked, “Why slow roast? What makes you special | stand out | different?
It is simple; this idea was born out of love to help one of the owners, a working mom, drink coffee again after being told she could never have it again, due to health reasons.
After years of research, we found something that worked for Charity and decided to start a business to share our discovery with others facing similar health concerns.

Market Stall:

Option 2
Hosted Event:
Coffee by the Cup ~ Free to Guests
For intimate settings…
Flat Rate discussed prior to the event and based on the estimated guest count.
The focus of this event is the gathering’s purpose, NOT the coffee.
We need approximately a 6′ x 6′ space.
This Concept is perfect for small and large events like reunions, holiday parties, baby showers, and weddings.
Extra Details:
For a flat rate, the host gets a minimum of two 16oz bags of coffee, of the host’s choice, for a group of 2-10 people and 2 hours of non-stop pour-overs.
If the purchased coffee runs out, the host has the option to purchase more.
All leftover coffee goes to the host for personal use.
Option 3
Hosted Event:
Coffee by the Cup ~ $5 Per Cup
For intimate settings…
Hourly Rate may be required depending on the guest count; however, no coffee will be required to be purchased prior to the event.
The focus of this event is the gathering’s purpose, not the coffee.

Extra Details:
All our currently available coffee options will be available for brewing, for $5/cup, with a spread of creamers and sweeteners to your guests.
Option 4
Catering:
Large Coffee Caraffes and the fixings
For $125, you get 5 fresh-brewed 96-oz catering jugs of coffee with an assortment of sweeteners, creamers, cups, lids, and stir sticks.
The coffees can be chosen by you or we can do a selection of our currently available coffees.
