Our Sumatra Dark Roast Coffee comes straight from the highest valleys in Takengon, a town in the highlands of Aceh. The lofty altitudes at 1600masl and cold temperatures in the evening curb the coffee ripening process. This allows more fruit sugars and sweetness to develop in the beans.

Our Sumatra Dark Roast Coffee is:

Use a light touch with add-ins such as sweetener and milk or creamer of choice as the bean is naturally sweet and full of flavor.  If you are a flavor creamer person, we suggest caramel or hazelnut as those compliment the natural flavors.  Please steer clear of vanilla flavorings as that flavor clashes with the overall palet of the bean.
